Who a California Twin XL is for

Two California Twin XL mattresses side by side measure 72 by 84 inches, the same footprint as a California King. That is the Split California King arrangement used with dual adjustable bases.
Bedding and bases
California Twin XL sheets and protectors are labeled for the 36 by 84 inch size and are not interchangeable with Twin XL. Check your adjustable base is built for the same dimensions before you buy.
