How is it sanitized?

Every mattress is inspected for stains, tears, odors, and wear, then the full surface is professionally sanitized with products made for mattress and upholstery surfaces. It is wrapped in protective plastic before storage and delivery. See our process page for the full steps.

Do I pay before or after inspecting it?

After. We deliver to your home, you inspect and test the mattress, and only pay once you approve.

Can I visit a showroom?

No — Sleep Closeout is warehouse-based and delivery-only. Skipping retail overhead is part of why prices are lower, and you inspect the mattress in your own home before paying.

What if it doesn't fit / I don't like it?

If it isn't right at delivery, you don't pay and we take it back. Tell us your concerns when you book — we'll help you choose before we load the truck.
