Where these mattresses come from
Our inventory comes from retail showroom floor models, overstock inventory, and legitimate retail closeouts — never customer returns off the street. Every mattress goes through our inspection and preparation process before it is offered for sale or delivered.
Why we don't have a showroom
We operate from a warehouse and deliver directly to customers instead of maintaining expensive retail showrooms. That allows us to keep overhead low and pass those savings on to our customers.
Unlike traditional mattress stores, we don't ask customers to visit a showroom. We bring the mattress directly to your home, where you can inspect it before making payment. This lets you see the exact mattress you'll receive before spending a dollar.
1. Initial inspection
- We inspect the mattress for any stains, tears, odors, structural damage, or excessive wear.
- Any mattress that does not meet our quality standards is not listed for sale.
2. Professional sanitization
- The entire mattress surface is professionally sanitized using products designed for mattress and upholstery surfaces.
- The sanitization process helps ensure the mattress is clean and ready for delivery.
3. Quality check
- We inspect the cover, seams, handles, corners, and overall condition.
- If a mattress has any cosmetic imperfections, they are disclosed in the product listing.
4. Protective wrapping
After inspection and sanitization, the mattress is wrapped in protective plastic to help keep it clean during storage and transportation.
5. Delivery & customer inspection

- 2Before making payment, you inspect the mattress yourself to confirm it matches the listing and meets your expectations.
- 3You pay only after you approve. Not a fit? We take it back at no charge.
Our goal is complete transparency. Unless a cosmetic imperfection is specifically disclosed in the listing, you can expect your mattress to arrive in excellent showroom-quality condition.
